"A very entertaining puppet show. Having three separte stories as part of one show is BRILLIANT. Loved the parts where childrren bacame part of the show. All the parents and children thoroughly enjoyed both the puppet show and the workshop. I received only positive comments from patrions. Of the HIGHEST QUALITY. Extremely amusing. The workshop was engaging and simple and the children came away with something they can proudly show their family and friends. Fantastic - extremely happy with the performance and the workshop, will certainly recommend both in the future. 9/10" |

"The puppet performance and workshops were fantastic John. The children loved every aspect of the day, especially the workshops which were very hands-on. The children had an absolute ball!! We all loved, teachers and children, the questions at the end of the show and seeing how the puppet theatre worked and how it packed up. Clever idea. Excellent. A GREAT DAY HAD BY ALL. 10/10" |

"Great. It kept the children entertained for a long time. The story was elaborate and held important values. The children were able to interact and very much enjoyed that everything was explained after the show was over. The work created after the puppet show was fantastic - after being shown how to make puppets and theatres they're imaginations ran wild. The performance was fantastic, very cleverly done. HIGH QUALITY. Thankyou for the great show.8/10" |

"Children loved it, and were able to sit ENTHRALLED for the length of the show. The two teachers were also in stitches, and John added jokes that partained to our own school so we felt the show was 'just for us'. EXCELLENT. John's use of voices, interactive as much as possible with children and teachers was great. The after the performance chat lesson on the workings of the theatre and how the puppets worked was REALLY BENEFICIAL to our children. It gave them some great ideas to use in their on theatre performances. Organised in a hurry by us, John was extremely accommodating. thanks John. 10/10" |

"The show engaged three classes of P - 2 children for the entirety of the time.
Many of those up the back are quite 'tricky' children, who normally are chatty,
on about everything! and have short attention spans. The entire audience
(including those mentioned!) loved the show and many are keen to make
puppet theatres. One teacher has already made plans to carry this over
into next year....and the preps LOVED it all!
Many thanks for your inspirations, John." |

"The stories were great with good messages. Very high children enjoyment, and relevant to the age group. It was great for the children to not only see the stories performed, but also to see how the puppets and theatre were made and how the shows working space were organised. We really appreciate you fitting us in at such late notice. 9/10" |

"Every child was involved totally in the performance and we particularly loved the part at the end where you explained the workings of a puppet theatre to the children. Every child really enjoyed the day and this was evident by their behaviour and lack of discipline problems, well done!!!! The educational value could not have been better. CONGRATULATIONS JOHN ON YOUR WORK and the way you kept the children so involved. 10/10, 12/10 for workshop" |

"What a fun and age appropriate story. The children were thorough engaged the whole time. John was entertaining and his approachable characters were relatable to our children. We loved the behind the scenes aspect because it helped us get first hand knowledge for our own puppet theme work. Thank you for the two days and travelling down to Cowes. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. "The entire show and workshops engaged the students. The kids have learnt fantastic techniques of how to make puppets. Thank you for the valuable experience you have provided our students with! What can I say, the whole experience was VERY enjoyable and professional. John was fantastic with the kids. They were sad when it was over and keep asking if we can have John visit again. John was extremely professional the whole time he was at our school. The performance was of very high quality and the amount of laughs and excitement the kids have showed both during and after the performance indicates the high quality presented to them. We have seen a growth in engagement and enthusiasm in our students to write and perform their own plays. I congratulate you as we have seen students who are normally disengaged in writing tasks excited by writing their own plays and it has also brought a new confidence to the less confident kids. Thank you!!!!!! We look forward to booking you again in the future. 10/10". |

"The show linked very well with our theme "An Imaginery World". The enjoyment was evident. Teachers enjoyed the show as well. Humour was used so very effectively. The performance was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Teachers were wondering how you performed the puppet show by yourself. Variation of voice and it's projection was outstanding. We thought the second part of the performance was so very educational to students as well as staff. The technology aspect was so very valuable. 10/10". |

Excellent, very professional. Fantastic range of voices used. It was an engaging and fun introduction into our fairy tales theme. 10/10". |

"The children found the interaction with the puppets most enjoyable. They were involved on a number of levels and this was good entertainment. I thought that John explaining to the children initally about listening, clapping and laughing was very helpful and allowed the children to get more out of the show. He handled hesitant children well by offering reassurance. The quality of the performance was excellent. The educational value was good particularly from the first story. It was WELL ORGANISED, PRESENTED and a lot of fun for children and staff alike. Thank you. It was nice that the children were also provided with an activity to complete at home with their parents, linking the experience had at kinda to home and encouraging children to discuss with parents about the show. 9/10". |

"John, the children were really involved. They really enjoyed taking part. It was just great to see them so intent and laughing with enjoyment. You set high specific behaviour standards that allowed for the students to let the personality show and be involved but listening carefully to your performance. Showing the students how the puppet show was designed and produced was of great value. Giving them the opportunity to laugh with the puppet characters is a great emotional release as well as understaning that puppets are a wonderful form of entertainment. Thanks so much John. YOU RUN A REALLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR SCHOOLS. I really enjoyed the performance as well. Just watching the rapped faces of the children was great. Thanks so much. 10/10". |

"I found the content to be very enjoyable for the kids, it was something they could relate to. THE CHILDREN ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SHOW and some had never seen a puppet show before. The quality of the performance was great, as it is very difficult to play two characters at once, using both hands and being able to have sound effects. Well Done". I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, A MUST SEE FOR NEXT YEAR. 10/10". |
